Im 36 years old. For 12 years previous I worked at Britvic Soft Drinks holding many responsible positions from New Business Field Sales, Regional Account Manager and National Account Manager. It was at Britvic I met my closest friend Dave Hughes. Although I was highly regarded at Britvic my belief in my future had changed. My enthusiasm always lay in health & fitness & I decided to carve a new future for myself.

 

I wanted a change in direction and to pursue a lifestyle where I could directly help others improve their lifestyle.

I studied a Diploma in Personal Training with Referred Populations Level 3. The education was exceptional. The more I learned the more I wanted to learn. It’s not what you use, it’s how you use it to achieve specific results.

 

I have ran my own successful Personal Training business for 3 and a half years & its given me great pleasure & self satisfaction to help people transform the quality of their daily lives.
