Co-founders & Personal Trainers Dave Hughes & Simon McNeilly invite you to experience the health benefits of Fit Camp UK (Tamworth, Sutton Cold field, Lichfield, Solihul). Whatever your age or stage of life Fit Camp UK offers a variety of group training classes from Boot Camps, Light Mobility camps, Ante/Post Natal sessions, Kids camps, Female only Fitness & Wedding Camps.

 

All located indoor or outdoor. Without doubt it's a better alternative to the gym. All under the supervision of fully qualified Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Personal Trainers holding full insurance.

 

Both Dave & Simon were up the night before their first session January 8th 2009 setting up the exercise routine until 10.30pm. Both were wondering if anybody would turn up!!  After months of late nights and long days planning Fit Camp UK, the dream was about to be born.

 

The success of Fit Camp UK's first year and growing interest from members prompted action to replicate the business model in other areas.

 

The co founders also realised in order to maximize the potential a decision was made to open Fit Camps for Ante/Post Natal and Light Mobility classes. Fit Camp UK is set to become a leading brand for health and fitness for any age.
