Did you know that exercising whilst pregnant can have huge health benefits for yourself and your unborn baby? Not only will it help maintain and improve your cardiovascular fitness, exercise will improve your self esteem and lower your stress levels.

Moderate exercise two to three times a week during pregnancy will help increase endurance levels which in turn will help towards a healthier and easier birth.

With the correct coaching and knowledge exercise can help have a healthier and more enjoyable pregnancy through every trimester.
